Donations from Congaree and Penn

Congaree and Penn gives back to our community by offering agritourism experiences for silent auctions, raffles, and give-aways to nonprofit organizations in Jacksonville, Florida. The donation will be presented in the form of a signed certificate with an expiration date.

Donation certificates must be picked up in person at the farm prior the fundraising event. If you would prefer the donation to be mailed, a postage fee will apply.

Eligible nonprofit organizations requesting a donation must be local (within a 20 mile radius of Jacksonville) and the fundraising event must also be held locally (within a 20 mile radius of Jacksonville).

To request a donation, please submit your request in the form below at least 21 days prior to the fundraising event. Organizations are eligible to receive one donation from Congaree and Penn within a 12 month period. We will review the donation request and notify you of approval within 48 hours of your request. While we wish we could donate to all causes, we are unable to honor each and every request. We wish you the best of luck with your fundraising efforts.

– Animal Greet: Enjoy a short walk to the animal paddock to meet our menagerie of goats, emus, zebus, ducks, chickens, and guinea fowl. Your group will be granted the opportunity to pet, feed, groom, and interact with our furry and feathered family. Enjoy a 30 minute greet for up to 8 guests. Valued at $100. – Wagon Ride: Explore the farm’s acres under the comfort of a tractor pulled covered wagon with finished wood bench seats. Enjoy a 30 minute cruise for up to 10 guests. Valued at $100. –

I (or another volunteer) will pick up the certificate at Congaree and Penn during the farm's business hours. I understand that if I (or another volunteer) neglect to pick up the donation certificate before the date of the fundraising event, the donation certificate will be voided and discarded. Congaree and Penn cannot provide future donations to organizations that neglect to pick up their requested donation.

Please mail the certificate. I understand that a trackable USPS Priority Mail postage fee of $12 will apply. This fee includes the cost of the trackable mailer and the credit card processing fee.
